Licensed to provide emergency and surgical services, rehabilitation, oncology/infusion, swing bed, specialty providers and wound healing they have been a necessity in this community and we hope that their new location only grows on their reputation to provide the best care possible for their patients. Cumberland Healthcare has gone above and beyond simple patient care, hosting annual men’s and women’s health nights, diabetes support groups, free car seat safety checks & more! They have committed themselves to ensuring our community stays safe and healthy however it is convenient for the patient including telehealth visits and Saturday morning clinic hours.

NorthLakes Community Clinic is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center that operates 15 clinics in 15 communities throughout 12 counties in Wisconsin.  We provide a variety of services based on the needs of the communities that we serve, including primary medical, dental, and behavioral health.  All people are welcome to receive care regardless of their insurance status and ability to pay.  For those that qualify we have a sliding fee scale that is based on income.
