Farmers Market

Cumberland has long been a community propelled forward by farmers.

Over the years, the connection between farmer and consumer has grown distant. Farmer's Markets are a way to bring consumers and producers closer together, reinvigorating the connection between the two.

We have been through some growing pains in the last few years trying to find the best solution to our farmers market. With their support, we have decided to partner up with "Island City Music" (they host bandsweekly on Tuesday's at Library Lake) and have our farmers market coincide with their events. On Tuesday, July 5th, we will start our first ever evening market from 5:30-8:30 pm, in a new location on Sorensen Street (west) between the library and Pendleton Pawn. As a thank you to past and current vendors for sticking with us through the inconvenience of continued changes, we will be waving or returning the vendor fee for this year. Our first day, Tuesday, July 5th, Island City Music is presenting the Grammy Award winning Okee Dokee Brothers band. Their music is focused around inspiring children, and can draw in close to 300 people. We hope to see you there for great music and the new beginnings of a marvelous market. If you would like to sell at our market, don't wait- Space is limited, please contact us this week to ensure your spot: Cumberland Chamber of Commerce 715.822.3378 or info@cumberlandchamberwi.com.

Thank you,

Cumberland Chamber of Commerce President
